Cherubim & Seraphim spiritual father, Prophet Emmanuel Alogbo, passes at 93

The Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Ayo Ni O, has announced the passing of its Spiritual Father, His Most Eminence, Prophet Emmanuel Alogbo, at the age of 93.

In a statement issued on Thursday by the church's Secretary-General, Prophet Anthony Olusesan Samaye, the revered cleric died peacefully at his Lagos residence in the early hours of the day.

According to the statement, Prophet Alogbo passed away at about 2:10 a.m. while surrounded by members of his family and domestic staff.

The church described him as a devoted spiritual leader whose life was dedicated to the service of God and humanity, noting that his passing marks the end of a remarkable era in the church's history.

Prayer sessions will be held daily for seven days from 5:00 p.m. at his residence located at Plot 1, Alogbo Close, off Ahmadiyya Bus Stop, Ijaiye-Ojokoro, Lagos, while details of his funeral arrangements will be announced later.

The church urged members to remain steadfast in faith during the mourning period and prayed for the peaceful repose of the late prophet's soul.

Prophet Emmanuel Alogbo was one of Nigeria's longest-serving church leaders and played a significant role in the spiritual growth and expansion of the Cherubim & Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide across Nigeria and beyond. His death leaves behind a lasting legacy of faith, leadership, and service.
